Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Nabd is an app for Salla stores that shows the store's sales live on an office screen. It is operated by the Nabd team ("we"). Nabd is independent and not affiliated with Salla.

This policy covers the Nabd website, the merchant dashboard and the sales screens. We process your store's customer data on your behalf and only to provide the service to you. Your store remains responsible to its customers under its own privacy policy.

2. Data we collect

• Store data from Salla at install: your store ID and name, your Salla access tokens (encrypted with AES-256), and the permissions you granted the app.
• Your settings: screen title, language, counting period, bonus levels and their names, excluded order statuses, display options, and the key for your private screen link.
• Order data read from Salla: order ID and reference, total and currency, date, status, city, and the customer's first name. This is held in server memory only while a screen for your store is open, and only for the current period. It is not saved in our database.
• Technical data: server logs (time, store ID, event type and errors). Our hosting servers may record IP addresses and browser type for security.

3. What we don't collect

We don't collect payment or card details, customer phone numbers, emails or addresses (other than the city), or passwords. You log in on Salla's own site, so we never see your password.

4. How we use data

• To show your store's sales and bonus levels on your screens.
• To log you in to the dashboard and save your settings.
• To protect the service, check that notifications really come from Salla, and fix problems.

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or build profiles from it.

5. What appears on the screen

The screen shows amounts, order numbers and cities. Customer first names are hidden by default and only appear if you turn them on. Anyone with your private screen link can see the screen, so share it only with your team. You can create a new link at any time, and the old one stops working immediately.

6. Who we share data with

• Salla: we call the Salla API to read your store's orders, using the permissions you granted.
• Our hosting provider: our servers are hosted by a third party that processes data only on our behalf.
• Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser type when they load.
• Authorities: when required by applicable law or a court order.

7. How long we keep data

• We keep your store data and settings for as long as the app is installed.
• When you remove Nabd from your store, your access tokens and settings are deleted immediately and all screens stop.
• Order data in memory is cleared at the end of the counting period, when all screens close, or when the server restarts.
• Technical logs and backups are kept only as long as needed for security and recovery, then deleted.

8. How we protect data

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypt your Salla access tokens in the database, sign login cookies and keep them unreadable by page scripts, and verify the signature of every notification from Salla. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Where data is processed

Our servers and service providers may be located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When they are, we apply the protections described in this policy and follow applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Law.

10. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time by removing the app from your store. Email the Nabd page in the Salla App Store with any request and we will respond within a reasonable time.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or the law changes, and we show the date of the last update at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you through the dashboard or another suitable way.
