Frequently asked questions
Are bank transfer orders counted?
Yes, once reviewed. Orders awaiting payment aren't counted, and you can change the excluded statuses from the dashboard.
When does the counter reset?
At midnight Riyadh time if you chose "today", or on the 1st of the month if you chose "this month".
How much does Nabd cost?
Try Nabd free for 7 days. After that you pay 9 SAR once, the launch price instead of 19 SAR, with no monthly subscription. Payment goes through Salla.
What screen do I need?
Any smart TV, or a screen connected to a device with a web browser. It also works on phones and laptops. There's nothing to install.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
When you remove Nabd from your store, your store's connection data and settings are deleted from Nabd, and all screens stop.
