How much does Nabd cost?

How quickly do orders appear on the screen?
Usually within a few seconds of the order being created in Salla. As a backup, Nabd also checks for orders every minute and recounts the period every 30 minutes.
What screen do I need?
Any smart TV, or a screen connected to a device with a web browser. It also works on phones and laptops. There's nothing to install.
Do employees see customer data?
Only amounts, order numbers and cities appear. Customer first names are hidden by default and can be turned on. Phone numbers, addresses and payment details never appear.
Are cancelled orders counted?
No. Cancelled, returned and payment-pending orders aren't counted, and an order cancelled after appearing is removed from the total automatically.
Does the amount include shipping and VAT?
Yes. The number is the Salla order total, including shipping and VAT.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
When you remove Nabd from your store, your store's connection data and settings are deleted from Nabd, and all screens stop.
Can the goal be monthly?
Yes. Choose "today" to restart the counter every midnight, or "this month" to build it until the end of the month, in Riyadh time.
What if the screen link reaches someone outside the team?
Create a new link from the dashboard with one click, and the old one stops working immediately.
