Frequently asked questions
Does the product or customer name appear on the screen?
Product names never appear. Customer first names are hidden by default, and you can turn them on from the dashboard.
Are cancelled or returned orders counted?
No. Cancelled, returned and unpaid orders are excluded automatically, and removed from the total if they are cancelled after appearing.
How much does Nabd cost?
Try Nabd free for 7 days. After that you pay 9 SAR once, the launch price instead of 19 SAR, with no monthly subscription. Payment goes through Salla.
What screen do I need?
Any smart TV, or a screen connected to a device with a web browser. It also works on phones and laptops. There's nothing to install.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
When you remove Nabd from your store, your store's connection data and settings are deleted from Nabd, and all screens stop.
